How to manage and add settlements

QUICKLY BALANCE SETTLEMENTS
Completely balance your settlement in under 2 minutes with our personalized account list.
 
  1. Each settlement has a date so enter that here.
  2. Add the carrier you’re leased on to by selecting “New Carrier” from the list.
  3. After selecting “New Income” or “New Carrier” ect... Enter the name of the new account and click “ADD”.
  4. Reimbursements show up as a positive number on your settlement only to balance it out. Reimbursements are neither income nor an expense.
  5. When creating a custom account for expenses / deductions you need to choose the appropriate category.
  6. Save your settlement before leaving the page. Once the settlement saves the form is cleared out.
 
Above the form you’ll notice tabs. If you click on “View all Settlements” you’ll see a list of all months that have had settlements added.
